This is a UFO catcher product from about 30 years ago, so it was not sold in stores. 

Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu's costumes are also rare versions, and the other characters aren't made into merchandise, so I think it's very rare. 

However, since it is an old item, there are some parts that have deteriorated over time.
