You are bidding on a JOHN STOBART PENCIL SIGNED "CINCINNATI: A VIEW FROM THE KENTUCKY HILLS IN 1858" FRAMED AND MATTED LIMITED EDITION LITHO 12/450.  The unframed artwork measures 12" x 18" and was issued in 1998.  In the frame it measures approximately 22.25" H x 27" W.   It depicts a curving river around a cityside landing beneath a lush green hill. The calm, pale blue water is dotted with steam boats, with grassy fields seen in the foreground with a horse-drawn wagon. The river fades into the distance along with winding hills, seen under a bright blue sky with pink and purple clouds. Pencil signed and numbered 12/450 lower right, titled lower center.. Displayed behind glass with a white mat in a burled pattern frame.
