Overall this T-shirt is in excellent pre-loved condition (looks barely worn), but unfortunately it does have a small hole under one arm (see pics). Fortunately, it’s on the seam, so I’m guessing it could be easily fixed by a tailor/seamstress. Or, you could cut off the sleeves and turn it into a muscle tee!
