Import Duties

  • Countries other than the US: Buyers are responsible for paying their own customs duties. (Free shipping)
  • US and US territories: Customs duties are included in the shipping cost, so buyers do not pay duties.                                 (If you have a FedEx US account => Please contact us to discuss customs duties.) 


Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment must be made within 1 weeks after committed purchase, otherwise unpaid item case will be opened

  • Buyer must agree to our shipping policies.

  • Buyer must provide correct shipping information when checkout, such as full address and contact details; if parcel was returned or lost due to incorrect address or unclaimed, buyer takes full responsibility.

  • In case of item broken / faulty within its warranty period, item must be sent back to us for repair / replacement; refund will only be offered on special occasions.

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage cost, special occasions excepted.

  • In case of any dispute, me(our company) reserves the right of final explanation.

  • By purchasing and of our items, buyer have agreed to opt-in our member group and will receive newsletters via email; buyer may opt-out any time.

SHIPPING
  • Most orders will be dispatched via Shipping within 3 working days after payment clearance; Special occasions excepted.

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.

  • If you order two or more products from us, they may ship bundle.

RETURN

  • Please contact us first before returning.

  • Return can be accepted within 14 days ROR (Right of Return) after item arrived, and it has to be in the original condition as it  was sent out.

  • Returns must be shipped with all original packaging and accessories etc.

  • Buyer is responsible for the postage of the returned item, and the original postage cost is not refundable.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, additional postage charge also will incur for dispatching the item back to you.

 Warranty

  • If you have any problem getting product, Please let me know before open case.

  • Items we sell come with a 14-days Warranty. (General)

  • Warranty period starts the day the equipment is shipped.
  • Use your negligence does not apply. (Breakage, Over power etc)

  • Items that are damaged in shipping are not covered under, Items misused or damaged by customer's misused (intentional or unintentional)

  • AS IS : No Warranty.

  • NEW : Manufacturer period applies.
