A sleek and contemporary lucite Negel Vasser, also known as "Natla" in Hebrew.  It holds a substantial amount of water, typically between 500-600ml. It has a cylindrical shape on the vessel and handles. Metallic-colored knobs fasten the handles to the vessel, adding an accent to this stylish translucent design.

The Negel Vasser, an integral part of Jewish ritual, is used for the ceremonial handwashing prescribed by Judaism. Throughout the day, there are various instances when it is customary to wash one's hands using this vessel. The handwashing cup is used to fulfill religious requirements while adding elements of aesthetic beauty to the home, reflecting admiration for Judaism.

In Jewish tradition, handwashing with a vessel is strictly necessary in specific situations, such as upon waking from sleep or before consuming bread and certain moist foods. However, in many other cases, like after using the lavatory or before prayer, washing from a vessel is not strictly obligatory. Nevertheless, it has become a common custom in many Jewish communities to use a handwashing vessel even in these situations, resulting in the ubiquitous presence of handwashing cups near almost every sink in a Jewish household.

The minimum requirement for a vessel suitable for handwashing is often described as "an egg and a half" in size, significantly smaller than the handwashing cups available today. Most contemporary cups provide an ample amount of water to cover the hands multiple times. This custom of using more water than strictly required is convenient and is also considered a Segula, a spiritual remedy for attracting wealth and prosperity. This practice is supported by a passage in the Talmud, where Rav Chisda stated, "I washed my hands with handfuls of water, and they (Heaven) gave me handfuls of blessings." There is also a related Segula associated with filling the handwashing cup beyond its brim, further emphasizing the appreciation of abundance and blessings in Jewish tradition.
