Payment Due:
Payment must be received within 3 calendar days. If Payment is not received within this timeframe, seller will initiate non-paying bidder reporting process.

Shipping Method:
Most items are shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Small items may be shipped by first class mail. Heavy items may be shipped by FedEx/UPS ground. Big books/heavy computer media may be shipped by media mail.

Warranty/Support Disclaimer:
Seller does NOT provide tech support regarding installation/setup/usage NOR is the seller responsible for warranty service. If the product is new and covered by manufacturer's warranty and/or support, the buyer shall contact the manufacture for warranty service and/or support if such needs arise.

Compatibility:
Seller, in good faith, provides as much compatibility information as available but does NOT guarantee the item will work with your existing equipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the user manuals, research the Internet, manufacture's website and other resources to find out if the item will work with existing equipment. When in doubt, ask questions BEFORE bidding.

We accept return within 30 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described. Please message us if you have a problem with the item.
