Ingredients: 96% Garlic Puree, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Rapseed Oil, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.

Garlic Puree in cooking: One teaspoon of puree is equal to one teaspoonof freshly chopped garlic.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
