Purchase multiple items and save 50% on shipping for each additional eligible item you buy from CLQualityStore. If you plan to purchase multiple items to save on combined shipping, DO NOT PAY until all items are purchased. Items must be purchased using the same user I.D.

If you are buying multiple items to save on COMBINED SHIPPING, the purchase must be checked out at the same time, with ONE payment.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within one working day of receiving payment.

For customers outside of the US, we offer shipping through eBay International Shipping.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address associated with your eBay account) with your tracking information.

If you want to save on shipping we have combined shipping for you. Purchase multiple items and save on shipping. You will pay full shipping on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate and each additional item will be shipped at a discounted rate of 50%.

Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes an order doesn't work out for you. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and you need to return this we are happy to accept returns - your shopping experience is our top priority! If you wish to return your purchase, please do so through eBay's "Returning an Item" process within 30 days of purchasing.

Once we receive and process your returned purchase, we will issue a full refund. *Please Note* - Full refunds will only be provided for items that are in their original, as sold, condition (for example, all tags intact and no signs of wear). You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.
