With second-handed products (used / pre-owned) there may be signs of use - marks / scuffs / scratches / residual dust etc - this is cosmetic and to be expected. These do not effect the functionality of the product. If a product shows signs of excessive use, these details will be shown in the listing.

Most of the images are of the actual product for sale. However for listings where there are multiple products for sale will only represent what is being offered for sale. It will be an accurate representation - same condition, part number etc. We do also use some of our stock photos.
