The Winco BSPT-13 is a basting spoon with a handle length of 13" ideal for serving up food in restaurant kitchens or for catering and buffet service. The perforated design of this basting spoon allows excess liquids to be drained away from foods. This commercial-grade basting spoon is made from 1.2mm thick stainless steel ensuring it is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment. A built-in hanging hole allows the basting spoon to hang for convenient storage when not in use. Approved for use in both commercial and residential dishwashers.
