This item will be shipped to you from our warehouse in Wetherill Park (Sydney) NSW. Postage will be calculated based on your shipping postcode and the weight of the items.

For your peace of mind all our parcels are dispatched with a tracking number and require signature on delivery.

Warranty

All our products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team immediately should you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased from us.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period.

Returns

In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

Credit minus postage/delivery fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. Original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.
