We sell new parts and only accept item returns that are in the same condition as you received, in NEW and Unused Condition and in the original SEALED PACKAGE that you received when it was shipped to you.

#2) Exception: If we make a mistake in the listing causing you to receive an item that is not the correct part, we will cover all costs (shipping and purchase price).

#3) The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs if:

The Buyer accidentally purchases the WRONG item: purchases for the wrong model, wrong model year or to use on a different brand motorcycle because it "looks" like it will fit OR You Changed your mind on the purchase.

All buyer Returns to be sent back as item "Does not Fit" will receive an email requesting the Model Year and Model that the item was purchased for.

Any item that is NOT RETURNED in the same new condition and original sealed packaging as the buyer received, will be subject to a refund adjustment up to 50% to allow the part to be marked down and resold at a lower "Used" "open package" price.
