Terms & Condition

• All items are sold and shipped within Australia.
• We only accept paypal as a payment method. (Please note cheque payments cannot be dispatched until funds clear)
• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday from our Sydney warehouse after payment is confirmed.
• All prices include 10% GST.
• Please leave feedback after receiving your order. If you have any questions or any problems with any product that you purchase, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
• Please complete your check out and payment in no more than 5 days after the auction closes.
• Pick up is not available

Warranty & Refunds

• We can offer a full refund for change of mind if the item is returned within 30 days (postage is not refundable). Returned item must be in saleable condition.
• We'll replace item for you if item was lost during transit or the item you received had been damaged during delivery.
• We warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship for your product. We will repair or replace a product if it has defective parts, workmanship or does not perform as specified. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accidents or tampering. 
• In no event are we liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential  damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof. 
• We're liable to customers, however shall in no event exceed the total of the consumer’s purchase price. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorised and shall not be binding upon us.
