This is a pre-owned device that does come with its original box, the camera has been tested and even though the battery has been charged the camera does not power on. So the issue as to why it does not turn on in unknown.

Also the device does not come with the charger, so charger will have to bought (but as stated the battery inside is charged to 100%).
