Vintage 1930's TAILSPIN TOMMY first AVIATION COMIC STRIP original art by HAL FORREST WOW!

Offered for purchase is this original pencil and ink 1930's daily comic strip art from Tailspin Tommy, drawn and inked by Hal Forrest. Tailspin Tommy was an air adventure comic strip and the first aviation themed comic. It ran from 1928-1942, and by 1931 was published in over 250 newspapers across America. It was originally distributed by Bell Syndicate, and later by United Features. This panel features male and female pilots and aircraft. Dimensions of this inked art are 26-1/4" wide x 6-7/8" tall, and dimensions of the paper are 29" wide x 7-3/4" tall. Condition is very good with no foxing but there is a tear at the top of the last panel. A nice addition to any wall or collection. Please see my other listings for additional Tommy Tailspin original comic strip art panels. Combine purchases and save on shipping.
