This is cool. The 280mm f4.8 lens was made by Leica to work with the Visoflex system. Not long ago an adapter was made to convert Leica M Visoflex lenses to Sony NEX mount. Note that the Leitz name has been scratched through on the front ring. Probably done by US Customs in the 60's.
You get the lens, a15466M Leica adapter and the M Viso adapter. This allows the lens to focus to infinity and slightly beyond.
The lens has clean optics and barrel. Also includes original black metal lens cap.
