The inner lining is torn in the center and metal snaps and chinstrap buckle have rust. The glossy surface is in pretty good shape, with normal scratches and scuffs,  but PLEASE NOTICE the metal flaked surface beneath is    pock-marked all over, almost like it's separated from the glossy outer layer,, as shown in photos. The Buco tag loop on the back is broken with the snap still attached. See photos for details and measurements
