**Please note that RFID tags is just one of many things needed for ports access and to interchange containers, only order if you know what you are doing and how these tags work and know how to set it up on your account. Restocking fee will apply to returned orders.

These tags will work out of the box for New Jersey / New York / Virginia ports just login to your PTPass or Propass account and add the tag number it will be recognized by the system and active immediately,

Ports that use AdventEmodal need extra steps to activate the tags, follow the instructions before attempting to register the tag on your eModal account

Step 1:

Go to https://cargosprint3.my.site.com/s/emodal-help

Step 2: 

Select "eModal" from the list in the dropdown menu

Step 3:

Fill out the form with your contact info and company info 

In the subject line, write: "Add new RFID tag to the system"

In Reason for contact, select :"Registering a truck, driver, or RFID tag"

In company type, select:Trucking Company/Dispatcher

In description, write the following message:"Hi there, please add RFID Tag number # [ Write your tag number ] to eModal systems, photo of the tag is attached, Thank you!"

Now this is very important, click on add file and make sure to attach a clear picture of the tag that shows the barcode and the tag number you can find this on the top and side of the tag, This is IMPORTANT to attach a picture!!!!

Step 4:

Click submit, you will receive an automatic email confirmation, now just wait for eModal team to add the tag to their database, once this is done they will send an email to confirm and ask you to add the tag to your account, they do this on the same day during business hours, if you submit the request after hours they will reply the next morning.

Step 5:

Log in to your company eModal account and pair the tag to your truck

Now your tag is ready to be used
