The U.S.S. Kobayashi Maru ECS-1022.

The Kobayashi Maru is a training exercise designed to test the character of Starfleet Academy Cadets in a no win scenario.
The Kobayashi was first depicted in the 1982 film Star Trek II : The Wrath of Khan.

ECS was a registry number prefix for both Earth & Federation starships.

“The purpose is to experience fear; fear in the face of certain death, to accept that fear and maintain control of one’s self
and one’s crew.  This is a quality expected in every Starfleet Captain.”

Made from Die-cast metal and quality ABS materials, then hand painted.

Comes in an attractive colour box including display stand.
