Van WILL NOT START without FORD dealership or local shop VIN programming for VATS / security system. The E-series will not start without security programming. This is done once the cluster is installed via the OBD port and a scan tool. The cluster may need additional software updated at the same time to match your VIN specifications and options. Mileage? Complete "NOTES TO SELLER" section at checkout and include your VIN and MILEAGE. If not provided during checkout the cluster will be shipped unprogrammed with unknown mileage. Core Charge? There is no core charge. When you send us your old cluster back, we send you a check for up to $50 depending on condition. Warranty? 90 day warranty.
