We offer free UK mainland delivery on every product we sell, but if you want it fast choose the Express next working day delivery option at checkout.

Express next working day delivery is for UK Mainland orders only, otherwise its a 2 working day service.

We ship normal working days, Monday to Friday, except weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Returns

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by CEN UK LTD.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund less our postage and packaging cost of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return.
