All measurements are taken flat across the front.

Some wear on skirt, velvet coming off some corners and edges, but no rips or tears. Skirt is not stretchy, but a tight fitted mini skirt.  Best suited to someone who is size 8 or  8-10. Purchased this on ebay 2nd hand, tried on, however, it does not fit me and I'm a size 10.
