This is a used because of the rust on it. The wires has never been hocked up.  Advance Rapid Start Ballast R-2S40-1-TP Mark III 120V 60Hz. It is a single unit from the United States and comes in a quantity of 1. The ballast is suitable for use in facility lighting and is categorized under Business & Industrial and Facility Maintenance & Safety. The brand of this ballast is Advance.  Box is in poor condition.  The metal case of the ballast has some rust on it.  The wiring appears to have never been hooked up.  Please look at the photos; they are part of the description.
