Warranty

1 Year Warranty. All items purchased through the Revolving Networks eBay store will receive a 1 Year Warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or a refund depending on seller availability. Warranty is only valid for items purchased that are sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale will receive a 30-Day warranty.

Condition

New Open Box - This is a new unit, it comes in the original packaging with original accessories. The box has been opened, but the unit has not been placed into production. The products have all been tested and guaranteed to be in good working condition. Box has some signs of use.

Shipping

FREE – In the lower 48 States. Revolving will typically ship within 1 business day of payment receipt. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground or USPS. Please contact seller for pricing on faster or alternative shipping methods. We will gladly ship on the buyer’s FedEx or UPS account if desired.

We accept PayPal and credit cards as payment. We will respond to all REASONABLE offers. To make a payment with credit card a credit card authorization form must be completed.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipment in the state of Minnesota.
