Vintage Christian Medal pendant charm

This is in just fair vintage condition for its age, as it shows quite a bit of wear to the surface. You should be able to see it in the photographs and scans. What I love about this however is the awesome ornate cursive handwriting on the back that says Saint Dymphna pray for us. It's a cool piece despite its imperfections.
