The unit features three screw terminals for data+, data-, and ground, a termination switch to allow for the conversion of data anywhere along the RS485 device chain, and a removable USB cable that increases installation flexibility. In addition, red and green LEDs indicate RX and TX activity. The converter enclosure has two flanges to aid in permanent installations.
