The doll has blonde curly hair and a soft body. She is clean and scent free. She still has her tag which is a bit faded.

The hot air balloon is made of wood, fabric, and plastic. It is held up by a clear pole which is then mounted into the wooden base. The base has a golden metal badge or relief on it with the artist’s name.

I have only seen one other balloon like this. I was told that it was a display piece, but it was inconclusive whether it was retail only. The doll is removable. She is not tied in or restrained in any way to the basket.
