Hi Everyone!  My husband and I are moving to a different subdivision in Nov./Dec. (new build).  We have not put our home on the market yet, so if anyone is out there who is looking to purchase FSBO or knows someone looking to buy in Waterset, we would entertain that to save us both some money.  Our home is located at 6524 Mayport Drive,  It's on a pie-shaped lot with a huge fenced-in backyard that overlooks a pond/conservancy.
