The paint is starting to chip and turn to dust on the side where Charlie Brown is shown playing baseball.

You'll be able to see the flaking in the pictures that I added to the gallery.  The edges of the lunchbox also show some flaking, but the bottom of the lunch box with Snoopy on it is in really good condition considering its age. 

The box opens nicely and the inside is really clean - as you can see in the photos.

There are two spots where the previous owner's name is written.  I have included photos of those, as well.

The thermos is in really great shape!  The graphics are still awesome and the only flaw that I spotted was a small section of the cup handle on the top of the thermos is broken - there's a photo of that, as well.
