As anyone who has ever purchased a tapestry online can tell you, even brand new from the factory there will be creases and/or wrinkles in the tapestry just from packaging. I try my best to fold them and store them as delicately as I can but if you want a 100% crease-free/wrinkle-free tapestry you will have to do that yourself once the tapestry arrives. I recommend machine-dry on the lowest heat possible (but still some heat), or if you have an iron that you can control how hot it gets set it to the lowest heat and iron out the creases. Then you'll want to hang it immediately after machine-drying or ironing.
You can also look up online "how to remove creases from tapestries".
