A host of video functions such as 6K oversampled 4K 30p capture and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II makes the EOS R50 a great camera for movies and vlogging. Smartphone-like operability and connectivity makes this a perfect entry-level camera. The 24.2 Megapixel APS-C size CMOS Image sensor and DIGIC X image processor ensure high image quality in a compact and lightweight form factor. Designed to work in a variety of lighting condition, this camera offers a flexible ISO 100-32000 range that is expandable to ISO 51200 for working in difficult lighting conditions. Its 2.36m-dot EVF and vari-angle touchscreen LCD offers high-resolution eye-level viewing and is designed for ease-of-use when working from high and low angles. Built-in Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi connectivity lets you easily connect the camera to compatible smart devices using the free Canon Camera Connect app. The low-energy Bluetooth wireless connection helps preserve battery life and it also sends continuously updated GPS location data from your phone.

We ship your packages via UPS and USPS. Orders valued over $750 require signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature upon delivery a $5 fee will incur. We do not perform address changes on existing orders. Please contact our office for possible options if the wrong address has been submitted. Expedited shipping is available. Redtag Camera is proud to offer a Free 30 day return or exchange policy. We will offer a full refund or exchange for qualifying items returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be pre-authorized through our Customer Service Department, and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All items must be new and in original boxes. In order to be eligible for return, all internal packing materials, instruction manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must also be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.
After receiving authorization (RMA) from us, please ship your merchandise (adequately packaged) back to Redtag Camera. Please do not write on, or place shipping labels or stickers, on the manufacturer's packaging. Merchandise shipped back without an RMA will be returned at the buyer's expense.
Please note - A package refusal will be recognized as an unauthorized return in which a 5% restocking fee, as well as the cost for the returned shipment, will apply. If any of the above conditions are not met, Redtag Camera reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
