Roast Seasoning Recipe

Please use a whole chicken or any other meat that is 1 - 1.5 kgs cleaned and ready to roast, 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of corn flour and 50 grams of Roast Seasoning.

• Preheat the oven to 180 C
• Mix the 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 table spoon of corn flour and 50 grams of Roast Seasoning.
• Rub the mixture over the surface of the meat
  
• Allow to marinate for 30 minutes
  
• Roast in an oven or rotisserie
