Our Passion is to deliver high quality cake toppers with good old fashioned customer care, insuring all the designs we create is done with love and attention to detail. We use both Rice Paper wafer and Icing Sheets giving our customers greater choice on budget and quality of finish.

We have a wide variety of matching toppers in our eBay shop If you cannot find a design or would like us to design one please contact us. We can also create toppers from your  logo or a photo

Terms Of Sale

We use is non edible high quality non shed Glitter card and Metallic Card with a plain white backing. the colour of the glitter or Metallic will vary due to ever changing stock levels, The size of each topper is approximately 70mm by 32mm you order will be sent out in a  grip seal bag and board backed envelope to protect the contents, 

Shipping Information

All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class which normally takes one to two working days but this can take a little longer if ordered over the weekend. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are given lost item due to incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded. Once posted you will receive a dispatched message from eBay indicating you order has been shipped and instructions on how to use the toppers. If you have not received you order in the time stated please email me via eBay messaging so I can look into this. 

Please Note

We are reliant on the Royal Mail for our delivery and will be out of our control. Masterfulcakes cannot be responsible for late deliveries so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive in time for your party. We post Monday to Friday order after 12:30 on Friday will be posted on the next working day. Weekends and Bank Holiday orders will also be posted next working day. If you need your order urgently please see other delivery options including next day delivery which can be found under the postage and payment tab on the listing. If you do select next day delivery please do this before 3:30 this will give us time to make the topper and post it off.

Returns

Within 14 days and in the unopened and unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for return postage costs

If you order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us and include a picture so we can sort out and replace as quickly as possible
