Return and Refund

ToolpartsPro.com provides a 30 day return policy for unused parts in their original condition and packaging. Company will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of company's error. If the item is returned for any other reason, 25% restocking fee and shipping for both ways will be charged to the customer. IMPORTANT: Electrical parts can't be returned to toolpartsPro as power tool manufacturers do not refund or exchange electrical parts (switches, brushes, armatures, etc.) once these have shipped out to the customer.

When returning a product, ensure that the product includes all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid any additional fee and the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Order Cancelation

Unshipped orders may be canceled by the customer himself or through request to eBay. Once an order is shipped it can't be canceled and you will have to process a general return which will incur cancelation fee, restocking fee, return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges will not be refunded. To cancel order or return a product, you must send a message to our Customer Service on eBay.
