You are bidding on a PRETTY THEIA WOMENS BLUE FLORAL LINED SHEATH DRESS - SIZE 14.  This dress has short sleeves, a round neckline, and a cobalt blue panel across the waist and down the back center of the dress.  The shell is 97% cotton and 3% elastane and the lining is 100% polyester.  The bust measures approximately 38" and the length is 34".   It has a back zip closure. The dress is in very good condition.   Dry cleaned.
