Therefore, shipping is included in the discounted price but we cannot offer returns. All items leave our plant in perfect condition. If any package is lost or damaged by FedEx, we will refund or replace, whichever you prefer, once FedEx approves your claim. You will be refunded in full if our excess inventory is gone at that time. Please note that we have used FedEx for decades because they have an extraordinary record of prompt and careful deliveries. We ship FedEx Ground to verified street addresses only.
If you are unfamiliar with Woods Cordsets we suggest you visit your local Home Depot. They have the 14/3 as a regular item and some Home Depots carry the 12/3 with the power block. The 14/3 is lighter, lower amperage rated, thinner and less expensive, but the Woods quality is there. The connections are rugged and seamless and designed to last. Please note, flat cords are intended for indoor use only. Round cords are waterproof and intended for rugged outdoor use as well as indoor use. Our 12/3 (Number 12 wire with grounded plug) cordsets are contractor grade heavy-duty round cords.
