Offered here are four issues of Doll Crafter from 1999:  March, April, June and August. Magazines are in good condition; all pullout patterns are intact and attached in magazine.

The March edition includes of an article by Diana Efner on creating new characters, a Fairy Dress which features painting on silk fabric, making baby bonnets, and on the Juneau lady doll. 

The April issue features doll wigs, using socks for making doll sweaters, step-by-step projects for making dolls, etc. 

In the June issue, Jan McLean shares doll making tips using resin; also an article on eye cutting,  a tribute to Madame butterfly.   Best of all, the cover story is costuming a bride of the 1920s. 

The August issue fully illustration explains Bru heads and bodies, a nice article on Victorian style clothing, making an Asian toddler, and the cover story is about making 27” young girl doll in Summertime Friends by Tony Oliver.
