eBay manages all payments on the marketplace now. Payment methods accepted include PayPal, credit or debit card, Afterpay and Zip. Occasionally some payment methods may not be available on some transactions or for some products. This is controlled by eBay. When shopping on eBay, we recommend you use the 'ADD TO CART' button rather than Buy Now. This way you can add as many items as you like to Cart without being committed to buying any of them. You can also instantly see any discount offers that apply in Cart before you checkout. You can also save items in Cart for later, and you can checkout with multiple items from several sellers at once if you wish too. It's all about convenience and ensuring you are in charge. eBay collects all payments and distributes the proceeds to sellers a few days later. In some instances, eBay may hold funds a little longer. Rest assured, every order we receive is packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We don't want to keep you waiting any longer than is absolutely neccessary. We know you'll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Our couriers require the recipient's phone number for each delivery. We can't book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime mobile phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Most items are dispatched within one business day, however please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive. Your item will be sent via Australia Post; or one of our preferred couriers;depending on its size and weight.

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.

Most of our consignments are tracked. The tracking number can be viewed from within your eBay Purchases page or on your emailed tax invoice.

We recommend you use eBay's Shopping Cart for multiple item orders so you can pay in one go. eBay prohibits us from combining orders that have been paid separately.

Although rare, we understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us via eBay Messages before sending anything back.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund
