Brand new Vishay Dale high precision resistors.  .1% tolerance, 50 ppm temperature coefficient, 1/2 watt rating (or 1/8 watt for mil-spec).  The industrial version and military version is the same, with the only difference being the markings and the power ratings.  The bag labels say 1/8 watt, but if you're using them in an industrial setting they're rated at 1/2 watt.
