WITHDRAWAL

If you encounter PROBLEMS, of any nature, dependent or not from us, please CONTACT US before releasing feedback to solve the problem together, as per Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 N.185 regarding distance contracts for consumer protection, within 5 working days. The product will be replaced or refunded if out of stock.

Returns not accepted for items sold on an "As Like" or "As Is" basis 

The return costs are charged to the customer if the reason for the return is not due to our error or manufacturing defects.

The product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned intact.

The product must not have been used incorrectly

If the product is returned without respecting the points, it will be partially refunded at our sole discretion based on the conditions of wear of the product, the packaging and the contents of the original box.
