This is a new in the box ornament made by Hallmark from the Wheel of Fortune Anniversary in 1995. There are two cute little mice on the ornament and the wheel does spin. It is in the original box which has not been opened and closed too many times as the flaps are in great condition. The box does have a little wear but it has been around for about 27 years, so that's to be expected. A really cute item that checks a lot of boxes.
