Pre-Owned, Near Complete.  Fully inventoried.  Missing: Only 1 Car (5/6), 2 Blue People (24/26), 3 Pink People (23/26).  Includes everything else.  The only condition issue is that a few of the ramp stickers have either partially peeled off or have been partially torn, but they can be glued back down where needed.  This set includes the instructions, all cards, all money, the cards/money plastic tray, all buildings, and the bag of cars & people as shown.  The game box has light shelf wear, but no major damage and no split corners.
