Shipping and Handling: 

Items will be shipped within 1 business day of completed payment. We do not ship on postal (Federal) holidays or weekends. Tracking information will be added to your order history as soon as the order is processed for shipment. For our buyer's protection, we are only able to ship to the confirmed address used when an order is placed. We ship using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and will choose the carrier best suited for your address and delivery estimate at the time of your order. Please note: we may use signature confirmation when necessary to ensure safe delivery.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations: 

We understand that accidental orders happen. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however in some circumstances we may not be able to cancel the order before it is shipped. If we are unable to cancel an accidental order at the time requested, we will provide options for returning the item and receiving a refund.

Terms of Sale:

Items sold in New- other, Used, or Seller Refurbished condition have been fully inspected prior to listing and shipment. We make every effort to describe any significant issues (cosmetic or functional) that an item may have. The items may have slight cosmetic blemishes or defects that do not affect functionality. Items will be shipped with their original retail packaging when available, if an item does not have it's original retail packaging, we will securely pack the item in the appropriate non retail packaging required for safe shipment.

We offer returns on items for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will assist you in returning the item for a refund. Items sold in New Other, Used or Seller Refurbished  condition likely do not qualify for warranty coverage from the manufacturer.
