A truly wonderful piece here with this 19th century Wunderkammer or collectors box!

A Victorian era oak, Cross banded collectors box, large and sturdy with a sectioned lift out top tray and plenty of room underneath to store larger curiosities or collectables.

The top tray has been filled out with a number of curious items, post medieval and later including metal finds, whistles, spoons, a cannon shot plumb bone, primitive bovine bone tools, early clay marbles and some Amethyst geode pieces.

A great interesting piece and this has plenty of scope to be added to and your own wunderkammer items placed within.

A beautiful antique piece.
