Bound in the original publisher's blue cloth binding. This is a former library holding and is so marked. Condition is Fair to Good--wear to corners and spine ends. Cover hinges are cracked and show old tape repairs. Clean, complete. Measures 6 3/8 X 9, 505 pages. I have not been able to locate any other original copies of this book in all of my internet searches--Amazon indicates that the book is "Currently Unavailable." Contemporary reprints are being offered for upwards of $66!!! I will offer this copy for only $40.00 plus $5.00 S&H in the US.
