CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHING TECHNOLOGY

The structure of the house is made of steel profiles 140 mm x 80 with a thickness of 4 mm. The structure was prepared by shot blasting and double anti-corrosion protection with HEMPEL paint sets with a coating thickness of 200 µm. External walls made of sandwich panels with a polyurethane core with a thickness of 100 mm and insulated with polyurethane foam 50 mm thick. The roof is made of a 100mm thick polyurethane sandwich panel. The floor of the building is made of 0.6 mm thick galvanized sheet, 18 mm thick OSB boards and 140 mm thick polystyrene insulation. Everything is additionally secured with a vapor barrier foil. The facade is made of Siberian spruce. Rhombus 28mm x 64mm planks secured by double painting with “Remmers” Azure.

Interior walls and ceiling in the bathroom are made of an aluminum frame made of plasterboard. Ceilings in other rooms are made of Siberian larch. Planks type 2Rhomb 24 mm x 146 mm, protected with a layer of impregnation.
