Ive seen this pottery on Catalina Island when i was a kid in the 1970

Hollwood Regency Garden Planters in Los Angeles- I believe thats why its not signed it was made and displayed only ay the Regency

Of course I do not know, this was happening a 100 years ago. They were popular around outdoor ponds and all water gardens.

The last 3 pictures #10 bottom #11 scuff chip#12 front ( I showed this picture just in case there was any questions if scuffing chip mark were visible from front- BIG NO)

I believe this planter was only kept Indoors and never used for real dirt.
