Combined Shipping

• Buy more and save with flat rate shipping! Shipping price is specified on every listing. Pay for the 1st item only. Additional items in the same order ship at no extra cost.
• For higher value purchases (usually higher than £50) Tracked Priority service will be used.
• Shipping price is combined when all items are paid with one payment. If items are paid separately, the seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.

Delivery to the UK

• Due to Brexit, all orders will be sent from the EU (from outside the UK).
• UK VAT will be collected by eBay for the orders below ‎£135 and such orders will be delivered to UK customers without additional fees, duties and paperwork.
• VAT for orders above £135 will not be collected on eBay and such orders will need to go through customs in the UK.

International Postage

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: to save on standard postage costs, all international orders will be sent from Lithuania. For standard shipping, depending on the delivery country, we use reliable delivery companies. Higher value parcels will be sent with tracking number and (or) signature requirement. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator.

International Delivery

• According to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed.
• Delivery to countries like Russia, South America countries, etc. take longer because of strict customs inspection.

Please Notice:

• Delivery time after dispatch depends only on postal operator and might be different each time as it is influenced by several factors: distance, amount of parcels that postal operators have to handle at that particular time, unexpected circumstances, etc. During peak periods delivery to any country will take longer.
• If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time or you think that something could be wrong with the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for refund only.
• Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to agree on a return.
• Returns are not free, customer pays for return expenses.
• Items that you want to return must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and with all labels (if they had them) attached. Copy of purchase invoice must be enclosed.
• We recommend to use registered (signed-for) postal service.
