Thanks for visiting our shop. All PINK and Victoria's Secret items are *authentic* and *new with tags* unless noted specifically in the listing. Shipping: We ship daily except weekends! Obviously things do come up, if we can't get your item out within 24 hours we will message you to let you know. If you have not heard from us, but your package is not tracking yet don't worry. Sometimes packages start tracking late for many reason, including items getting shipped straight from the post office to the postal distribution center before the initial scan of an item with a prepaid label. However, we DO keep an eye on our sales to ensure that they all eventually show in the USPS tracking system and arrive to the buyer. If we notice anything out of the ordinary, we will let you know, in addition to contacting the Post Office. Return Policy: 30 day returns with all tags attached and returned in the same condition it was received. ***Buyer pays return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our goal.
