HAND POLISH

1. Clean and degrease the surface to be treated (using K2 KLINET or wind shield cleaner) before use.

2. Apply the paste with a sponge or microfibre and polish the lens until the cloudy haze is gone and the surface becomes smooth.

3. Use a clean microfibre to buff the lens dry.

 

MACHINE POLISH

1.Protect all the painted surfaces around the headlight lens with painter's tape to prevent damage.

2.Large defects on heavy worn lamps can be roughen by sandpaper of 2.000-3.000 grade.

3.Clean and degrease the surface to be treated (using K2 KLINET or wind shield cleaner) before use.

4.Apply a small amount of polish to the foam pad, before turning on the drill.

5.Spread the paste with a 600 RPM drill, then increase up to app. 1.200 RPM drill and polish the lens until the cloudy haze is gone.

6.Use a clean microfibre to buff the lens dry.
